Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased beforehand. (Additional fees apply depending on service provided.)

Artwork may be used for personal displays such as profile pictures, banners or posts on social media, but they are not to be used for profit without prior agreement as stated above.

AI training/NFT use is strictly prohibited. Any work provided cannot be used in AI datasets or engines and cannot be minted as NFTs.

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, be it out of my skillset or against my moral judgement. I am not obligated to accept a commission.

Communication is paramount. If I send a Work in Progress update and do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed with the commission and finish it, any subsequent changes that may have been possible in the sketch phase will now incur the current fee for revisions due to the lack of communication.

Each commission will receive 2 free revisions (mistakes to a character design notwithstanding). Additional revisions afterwards will cost 15$ each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback in the sketch stage.

In the event that we have agreed upon a payment plan of some sort (under the guidelines stated below in PAYMENTS & FEES) failure to pay the next section of your payment plan will incur a lateness fee of 15$ for each month that is late. Payments must be paid before I continue.

Non-Payment Plan Payments are upfront in full through an agreed platform.

Payment plans are possible to negotiate for if the price of a commission exceeds 400$. The max a commission can be split into is 3 payments.

Non-Payment Plan payments must be paid in full within 2 weeks or else the commission will be declined. You will then have to wait till the next commission opening

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Fee of 100$ or 10% of the total price if the commission exceeds 1000$ applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of any future Portfolio.

A complexity fee between 10-150$ will apply to all commissions. This fee will be explained before starting, allowing you to back out if you would prefer.

If a Commissioner wishes to buy Commercial Usage Rights AFTER a commission, the prices will be: Streamer Commercial Use ($50 USD) and Merchandise Commercial Use ($100 USD)

Revisions are only available during the sketch phase.

Once a sketch is approved, no further changes will be made (Errors on my part notwithstanding). Mistakes will be corrected at no cost.

Commissions may take up to 2 months depending on complexity, queue, health or personal matters.

I will do my best to keep you updated if delays occur. I will omit details that could dox myself or my family. I apologise if I must be vague.

If you wish to skip the Queue and be a Priority commission the fee will be as follows: 10$ to simply be put the front of the Queue. 25% of the commissions value if the commission needs to be done in under a month. You must either directly message me or state in you application that you wish for a rush fee.

The turnaround time in this TOS will be updated every month, as some months will be faster than others. If I only took 2 weeks one month and the turnaround time is now 2 months, that is why. Please ask if you would like an update on my current turnaround times

I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.

You may cancel before a payment is made.

Once payment is received, refunds are not available (this is under my discretion).

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

Opening a dispute on PayPal will result in these Terms of Service being sent. This will result in your dispute being declined.

Forfeit all your usage rights to the artwork

Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).

Give me permission to resell and/or reuse the artwork as I see fit (including turning it into a YCH)

Result in a formal complaint against you if the commission was through a third party such as VGEN

Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).

Print art for yourself.

Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@asyren".

Use the artwork commercially without prior purchase.

Commission art/services using my Designs/works.

Claim artwork as your own.

Remove signatures/watermarks

Resell or redistribute the artwork.

Modify the Artwork without prior consent from me.

Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming or commercial projects.

Breaking the TOS may result in permanent public blacklisting (with evidence provided).

The Blacklist will be shared with other artists

Formal complaints may also be filed against you to Third Party Providers.
